AIA TRIANGLE

BARKITECTURE

Triangle Barkitecture is a one-of-a-kind pet architecture and design competition to raise money for pets in need by supporting local foster and pet rescue organizations right here in the Triangle. Local architects, engineers, designers, and creative minds all over the Triangle compete to create the best custom pet architecture that is then auctioned off at the event with 100% of those profits going to pets in need. The event has raised over $6,500 to our local pet rescues.

HOWL-O-WEEN

Congratulations to Riot’s Hannipaw Lecter for winning AIA Triangle Barkitecture’s Howl-o-Ween costume competition! While Riot may be dressed as “Hannipaw Lecter” for Howl-O-Ween, don’t let his costume fool you! We’re told this boy is about as sweet as can be – he loves snuggling + giving smoochies to just about everyone he meets. He’s also a self-proclaimed lap dog (at 70 pounds…) and the best “foster dad” ever – he’s been helping his mawm raise foster puppies through Hope Animal Rescue for over 5 years (since he was just a puppy himself!) and has helped heal many neglected + abused pups and taught them “how to dog.”

A big thank you to everyone who entered as we raised over $800 that will go to Hope Animal Rescue and Meow House Cat Rescue to help pets right here in the Triangle!
